Google Doodles
Doodles are for sure the coolest thing I’ve gotten to work on. While I was primarily UX designer for the team, I did everything from art, UI, writing, user research, usability testing, QA, and project management. I was also UX lead for all Doodle surfaces, ensuring our work looked good across the entire Google ecosystem, including designing new full-bleed banners for the Google app. I had the privilege of working with an amazingly talented team of artists and engineers on the Doodles below which have been interacted with over 5 billion times.
sEarch Delight
I also worked on bringing easter eggs to Search, helping to lead a team dedicated to keeping up with the zeitgeist and finding ways to make people feel seen in the product they use every day. We launched over 50 features seen and interacted with by over 900 million users, including easter eggs for Chappell Roan, The Last of Us, Barbie, Wicked, Squid Game, Naruto, Chocobos, Stray Kids, Mean Girls, Inside Out 2, Heartstopper, Velma, Coheed & Cambria and so many more.
